Bicom Optics is among the first companies focused on plastic optical lens research, design, and manufacturing. Our products cover lenses for general lighting, automotive lighting, consumer products, and optoelectronic items.

Automotive Lighting

Bicom Optics provides integrated automotive lighting solutions. We are capable of performing tooling designs, tooling processing and qualifications, as well as injection molding. Our automotive lighting series provides optical lenses for fog lamps, high-mounted stop lamps, headlights, daytime running lights, tail lights, interior reading lights, light guides, and ambient lights.

General Lighting

Our general illumination products include downlight lenses, linear lenses, backlight lenses, projection lenses, street lamp lenses, specialty lenses, aluminized reflective cups, and other optical lenses. We provide turn-key solutions from tooling design to product molding.

Injection Mold

Bicom Optics provides tooling designs, tooling processing with qualifications, and injection molds for in-house tooling. Our tooling series includes thick wall molds, light guide molds, interior lighting molds, high-mounted stop lamp molds, and rear taillight molds.

Consumer Products

Our consumer product range encompasses a diverse array of lenses, including high-performance imaging lenses, cutting-edge AR/VR lenses, and specialized infrared lenses designed for security cameras, among others.

Optoeletronic Products

Bicom Optics focuses on two major optoelectronic product lines: automotive ambient lights and projection lights. The automotive ambient lights have a rich variety of effects and can be installed in various parts of the vehicle interior, comprehensively enhancing the in-car experience. The projection lights are custom-made for different vehicle models of various brands and can be integrated into rearview mirrors, car doors, or the vehicle chassis.
